(Oracle Forms guru needed! ;-)
I've got a problem. We need to show the "start up screen" i.e. some picture
(like Designer/2000 for example does).
It must be on the screen while the first form is loading and the user is
logging.
This is urgent.
I'd be very thankful for any advises.
