Has anyone tried to compile the Replacement Cartridge with OAS4.x?

I plan to migrate to OAS4.0, but I don't want to save in the database as I should do, if I use the Native upload with OAS 4.0.

I'll still use the filesystem to save my files as I do today using OAS3.0 and the Replacement Cartridgde.
