Months ago, when TOAD first offered a supported version, the decision was much more a matter of supporting the author rather than pure feature comparison. But the differences between the versions are now too significant to ignore, especially at the price. However, I will still download the freeware version from toadsoft when I get to a client site and haven't my Toad disk handy :)
There is an evaluation version somewhere I believe but I don't know how far our of synch it is with the most recent Toad release. Received on Mon Mar 22 1999 - 13:22:44 CET
