The easiest thing to do is to go to the place where the reports are currently stored (search your Designer/2000 drive for files ending in .rdf), open up the files in PL/SQL and tailor them to be more presentable. That's what I do - by looking at these Reports it will also allow you to see where the data is stored so that you can query it back using other reports.

I usually do this to save paper - the ordinary Oracle Designer reports are extremely wasteful.
