Help:image on top of the report

Hi all,
[Quoted] I am storing a logo in the database and I want to retrive it in the top of every report.
I created two queries
One for the report output and other to retrive the logo. It gives me error.
REP1223:field x refrencing column x is below the group... Iam able to retrive the image alone but not with the 2nd query.

Can anybody guide me on how to do this..... I want ot have something like this.....
