You did not upgrade your database to 8.0.5, developer did install the required support files 8.0.5.0.0c and these are not compatible with 8.0.3.

(It's mentionned in the on-line docs).

Try to re-install the required support files from 8.0.3 I hope you can recover it that way.

Developer 6 Beta only Co-exists on the same machine with 8.0.5. Even multiple Oracle homes does not work.

So either wait until production version, either install 8.0.5 either buuurk ... use an odbc connection to a non-oracle datasource.
