background color in show_keys Window

I converted and almost re-wrote some forms which was in Version 3.0 to 4.5 ..My problem is when I press Ctrl+F1 to see the kesy or execute built-in SHOW_KEYS the Key description window background appeares to be white (Black Text)....I ran oracle demo forms ..In demo forms they appear correct (Gray Background). I also want it to be gray background with black text.
When I create a new dummy form and test it ,then too it appeares in gray

background. What's wrong with the converted form?? Any comments /suggestion
