Role administration in Forms Builder ???

Can you still do database role administration from within the Builder in Forms 5? In Forms 4.5, you could get to this from File|Administration|Database roles, but I don't see such an option in Forms 5. This is no big deal since I can always handle this administration in a database session, but it sure would be convenient.... If this is no longer available, can anybody suggest a reason? Thanks in advance.
