listener is using all of CPU.

I had been using Personal Oracle 7.3.3 on NT4 and all was fine. Then I installed the 8.0 client and decided that I wanted the Oracle 7.3.4 client. So installed that. Now the listener is using all of my CPU. Anyone else seen this??
