One way of doing this is :
Make one base block and define all columns into this. Make two canvases. Put these four colums into first canvas and rest of then to another.
Put canvases side by side. For the second canvas define view that is as wide as you can fit into screen and in canvas properties put View Horiz. Scroll Bar to true.
