Oracle forms 4.5 question

Could you tell me (clue) how to make form just look like a table ( also connect with a base table), Foremost four columns are fixed(no scroll bar), the other 30 columns can be scrolled into/out of right side of the screen. I have checked the online Help, but did not get the answer.
