On NT, you have to use the
Services manager from the control panel
Open the control panel and
open the Services
In the Services dialog box,
all the services with their
status (Started, Automatic etc.)
will be dispalyed
Look for OracleStartORCL (I'm not sure
this is correct but it will have the StartORCL string)
and hit the start button
it will start the Oracle Services
If you want to make it automatic
at the system boot,
click on Startup button and set it to
Automatic
