Problems with d2kWutil package, Urgent!!!!

We have developed an aplication, that saves user preferences and some directory mappings into Windows Registry. Functions used for retrieval are like that: cAPR_Path := Win_Api_Environment.Read_Registry(cProjReg, 'APR_PATH', true);
The application was developed under Windows NT. On NT it work O.K.
During testing we deployed it on Windows 95. - No such luck.
Reading the registry doesn't work.
We recompiled all libraries/forms/menus/reports used in appl. and still
nothing.
The registry keys exsist!
