Standard object library available? appstds.olb

In Forms 5.0, in the online documentation as well as the hardcopy developer/2000 documentation, there is a standard object library mentioned for creating cross-platform forms, called 'appstds.olb' (or, in the online documention, 'appsstds.olb'). (The other one, 'stndrd20.olb', is very Win95-ish and doesn't look necessarly good over the web).

This file is not on the distribution media, and I can't seem to find it anywhere.
