Oracle and Symbol scanners

Our company is going to start using wireless large screen scanners in the warehouses. (Symbol Scanners model VRC 4000). We currently run forms4.5 off of a unix box but these scanners run windows 95 and we have to move the current app to GUI. Some of the options we thought of was using VB 5.0, forms for windows, or maybe an internet app. Has anyone had experience using these or any other wireless scanners running against an Oracle database? Any help would be appreciated.
