How to resize the drop-down list display size

How to resize the drop-down pop list display size. I have 12 items in the list and when I click on the down facing arrow, I see the list with 10 items and a scroll bar. Since there are only 12 items, I want all of them to be displayed by increasing the display size of the list. Any suggestions.
