Hi Louis,

While we're not in production yet - we are nearing acceptance testing.

Running the Formserver 1.6.1, and the Web Applicaton server 3.1.0.1.0 on a NT with dual processors and 1gb of RAM we are rebooting about once every 3 days, we have roughly 40-50 concurrent users. We were getting crashes more frequently, the main thing that seemed to solve the problem related to a bug in the WAS, seems the virtual temp directory has problems when the number of files exceeds 1750.

We do get some runaway processes that we are killing manually right now, the database is running on an IBM RS/6000, on that far end of the system things are handled pretty much normally vis a vis runaway's and all. On the WAS itself we have to go in and look at the task manager.

Users using the appletviewer and crashing their own machines tend to throw dr. watsons on the WAS - this two we are monitoring manually at this time.

In all honesty, we're still having better luck using NCA over smartclient - we are getting fewer user crashes (the dread f45 errors are finally gone.)

Hope this helps - feel free to drop me a line if you need more info.
