Oracle8 + ODBC + NT 3.51

[Quoted] we want a NT 3.51 application server (WinCenter) to talk to an Oracle8 DB-server (HP-UX to be precise). The problem: the NT-tools that come with Oracle8 need NT4-features and refuse to work on NT 3.51. We can't use Hydra because we want to use HP-UX workstations as "terminals". Are there any thirdparty ODBC-drivers out there?
