Current Record In Multi-Record Block (Forms 4.5)

Suppose I have a block called my_block which contains the items

my_name
my_address
my_phone

If I have this set up as a multi-record block with 5 or six records [Quoted] displayed, how do I capture the value for the item where the input focus sits (I.e., the CURRENT RECORD):

I.e., my_variable := :my_block.my_name;
