Hi.

ISTR a recursive SQL statement is one issued by the RDBMS to retrieve data dictionary stuff not currently held in cache anywhere. If this is having problems, it would suggest that either there's not enough memory - although I would have expected a more appropriate error message - or possibly some problem with the dictionaries. I *hope* I'm wrong about his, though. What did Oracle support say?
