Proble with Pop-List item

I'm currently using Forms 5.0.5.4.0 with RDBMS 7.1.6 under AIX.

Why the first time I try to select a value from list elements at RUNTIME I get the FRM-40734 PL-SQL Internal error, it doesn't matter how list elements are defined (RECORD GROUP or ELEMENTS IN LIST PROPERTY)? After the first time, all seems to work well .
