Oracle DB Downsizing

I've returned to Oracle after two years elsewhere and I have a set of databases that are used in a demo (ie they aren't really going to grow) and I need to downsize the databases so we can move them to smaller machines.

Hsa anybody got some scripts that will help me automate this process.

Environment: Oracle 7.1+ on Solaris 2.5.1
