Forms 4.5 Referencing Multi-Record-Blocks

Hello,
[Quoted] does anybody knows a way to reference the values stored in a multi-record-block in Forms 4.5?
to reference the value of an item, i just use the fully-qualified item
name like this:
:block_name.item_name!
But an item in a multi-record block has many values for each record. Is it possible to store these values in a Record Group? Or can I set a coursor?
I'm looking forward to your help!
