Dev2000 - Cannot launch Reports

Hi:
I am trying to launch reports on a PC. My Dev 2000 is installed on RS6000, AIX ver 4.1 The D2K is 1.4W. I bring up an x-window on my PC and try to run it. I am able to run forms and graphics without any problem. But, with reports I get the following error.
REP-3300: Fatal error in Toolkit II (UI) UI - 17: one of the parameters to the functions is out of range.
Has anyone else encountered this proble? Any ideas. Oracle tech support has not been able to help me with this.
