We came across only one quite obscure problem. If you are using iconic buttons you MUST have an icon name in the button's property sheet or the form will GPF at runtime.
If, like us, you assign icons programmatically, you can just use an icon file name at random or even use a dummy name! The property just mustn't be NULL.
