        For Txn processing applications I would say oracle as you can draw on their commit /

        rollback functionality. For enquiry systems I couldn't really say. Oracle's DEV 2000

        is very poor on 3.11, reasonable on NT and '95 as long as you have at least 32Mb RAM.
