Help with forms and their included libraries.

Using Developer2000 Forms Designer for Win95 and Oracle 7 I am having troubles changing attached libraries. I have new versions of several libraries. I want my forms which attach the old versions to now attach the new versions.
My process has been to, in the object navigator, delete the old versions and attach the new versions, compile all, save, and close. When I reopen a form after this process both the new AND THE OLD versions of the libraries are attached.
Why, if the old versions were not required for compilation, would forms re-include old libraries which I had deleted?
