You can do this:

Add any column as secondary column usages in Detail Coumn Module Usages set it proprty as follows:
Sequence : 1
Select: true
Display: true
Prompt:
datatype: Current_record
Width: 1
This will create a current record column indicator, it is not the same as forms45 current record attribute. but it does the trick.
