OWS30 and SSI... HELP!

[Quoted]         Anybody know how to get server-side includes (LiveHTML) to work on Web Server 3.0? I've done all the standard things the docs say, but it just doesn't work. Are there any bugs or something that's hidden that I need to know about?

        I have:

1. Enabled LiveHTML from the Web App Server.
2. Enabled parsing .html extensions.
3. Specified the virtual path 'includes' as 1 level below the web root directory.
4. Made all files & dirs type 777, so it's not a permission problem.
5. Put <!--#include virtual="inc.html"--> in my main page.
6. Restarted all listeners.

        And presto! No included file, no error message, nothing! It completely ignores any included files...
