Oracle 7.3.3

Can someone tell me if the database driver, to connect to Oracle 7.3.3, supplied with Autocad14 (AutocadMap 2.0) is a direct driver or an ODBC driver? If it´s an ODBC driver, what's it level, and what's the last version of Oracle that can be connected with a direct driver?
