Oracle Version vs Pro*C Version

I wonder the safety when install the (Oracle 7.0.13.1 version's )Pro*C in Oracle 7.0.13.0.1.
I must install the Pro*C in Oracle 7.0.13.0.1. but not found exactly same Pro*C version.
so that i got Pro*C going well with Oracle 7.0.13.1. Is it available install the Pro*C going well with 7.0.13.1 in 7.0.13.0.1. ?
I wonder any problem just like compile or execute after install the Pro*C.
Anybody knows, Give me advise.

Additionally, Can i bought the Pro*C going well with 7.0.13.0.1 ? (Is it sell yet?)
