Yes, we had that. Oracle support in the UK were first class. It is a
known problem. Fixing it involved an upgrade of Dev 2000 from (I seeem
to recall) 1.3 to 1.3.2 and an upgrade of the server from 7.3.2.2.1 to
7.3.2.3.7
