Peculiar behavior of Dev2000 on Win95 & WinNT4.0

The drop-down listboxes on forms created in Windows95 (Forms2.5, Dev2000v1.3) would not work on WinNT4.0 using a mouse, i.e. the drop-down listbox could not be effected using the mouse-click, but it worked perfectly with keyboard strokes. Moreover the buttons were not mouse-clickable, but were accessible using the keyboard.

We would like to know if this is a known bug, and if there are any bug-fixes for such problems.
