Link Library problem betwen 7.3.2 and 7.0.16 with Forms30

We are in the middle of migrating a apllication that was firts build on Oracle 6.0.36 with Forms 3.0 .
We have currently migratied a copy oif the database to our developpement
server
that has : Sun Sparc
Solaris 2.5
Oracle 7.3.2 and 7.0.16 and Developper 2000
Proc 2.2 under Oracle 7.3.2
Sun Workshop C/C++ compiler 4.5
The problem is that we want to recompile our Objets and relink are application under Oracle 7.3.2 with a link to forms30 in Oracle 7.0.16 .
The compilation of the objkest work fine after modifig our make files for the new enviroment and specifiing the path of the librairies . But the error occus in the linkages of those objets .
The errors messages are :

We have opened a TAR since the 25th of july with oracle but still waiting
for reply !!!!
[Quoted] Oracle support do not seem to know or have a listing of the librairies for
PROC 2.2 in Oracle 7.3.2 to compae with the ones that i was using in Oracle
6.0.36.
