Hi,
you must change your /etc/system file! See Task1: Configure Kernel Parameters for Shared Memory
(Oracle7 Installation Guide for Sun SPARC Solaris 2.x; 3-2).
An example is:
set semsys:seminfo_semmni=450 set semsys:seminfo_semmns=1200 set semsys:seminfo_semmnu=1200 set semsys:seminfo_semume=400 set semsys:seminfo_semmsl=1200 set shmsys:shminfo_shmseg=240 set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax=268435456 set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni=1200 set shmsys:shminfo_shmmin=1
