Help: Personal Oracle7 "stack overflow" problem

Hi:
I'm new to Oracle. I have installed Personal Oracle7 on my Win95 machine. After I started Oracle Navigator, a window immediately appears on my screen with the following error message:
PO7 caused a stack fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:6ff9a07a
I choose "debug" option and the MS Developer Studio says:
Unhandled exception in po7.exe(kernel32.dll) 0xc00000fd: Stack Overflow
The c:\config.sys file used to be empty, following the advice from the book "Oracle Unleashed" (pp.1267), I added one line to config.sys file:
stacks=36,256
After rebooting, the problem remains unsolved.
