Pro *C Unresolved Reference

[Quoted]  We got a problem when compiling C programs (Precompiled by  Pro C 2.2 in Sun Solaries 2.5 system). We run like this
# proc prog.pc

    /*** goes fine *****/
# cc -o prog -I$ORACLE_HOME/precomp/public prog.c
 we always got errors like  

 Undefined              First refence in file 
 Symbol                
                      
 sqlcxt                 prog.o

We are sure The Sun Compiler and Oracle work fine, because when we run sample programs like
# make -f proc.mk sample1

every thing is fine.

 Does anybody know what happened in our situation? And any  suggestioins or ideas? Thank you very much in advance.
