I would like to differ, here. PLATINUM's SQL-Station Debugger debugs server side PL/SQL up to version 2.3. This tool provides such features as the ability to set breakpoints, view and edit variables during debugging, step-in/step-out, and full illustration of the call stack. You do not have to modify or move your code to debug it; you debug on the server.

All other tools on the market require extensive modification of your code/database to perform any debugging actions. SQL-Station Debugger is the only one which will actually let you debug without all of the hassles of re-writing your code.

Furthermore, SQL-Station Debugger is fully integrated into an environment with top of the line support for code creation/editing and SQL tuning.
