Transparent text items in 4.5

Hello fellow Oraclers,

A Forms 4.5 question:

[Quoted] Does anybody know a way of setting the background colour, not the fill, of text items to transparent. The reason I ask is that we're developing a form with the Company logo imported onto the canvas, and we wanted to place text items over the logo without the backgound colour of the text items blatting out parts of the logo.
