Scalable screen in Forms 4.5

[Quoted] We are converting a number of Form 3 forms to 4.5 and they are going OK but the screen size seems to be fixed. Is there any way to support scalable fonts so that the screen size fills the window instead of just being a fixed size when we select a full screen window.

I've tried looking in the help but without success. If there are some details somewhere please point me in the roght direction.
