I would suggest creating your own. In the Oracle re-use library, there are tabs that look nice. They are just a series of lines that look like a tab. Copy these and paste them into your form. Place a text field in the center of the tab. Attach a WHEN-MOUSE-CLICK trigger to it showing the proper stacked canvas(es). Once you sit down and think about it, it's not that difficult, and you avoid the hassles of VBXes.
