PB 5.0 vs Oracle 2000

Does anyone have any experience in comparing powerbuilder 5.0 with the Oracle Developer/2000 tools? I am currently looking into the possibility of converting my current IEF system to one of these tools. The only "un-biased" opinion that I have uncovered is the comparison performed by Info World in the June 17 and September 23 issues.

Any help would be appreciated.
