Error using ODBC 16 bit from Oracle under windows95

I have problem retrieving data with odbc version 1.14.01 and 1.11.0002. When use of order by I get the message errorcode 3116, by version 1.14.01 an errorcode 30471 by version 1.11.0002 the first time. By search once more I get the data. By removing the order by its runnning successful.
Under windows 3.11 it is no problem. Received on Thu Feb 13 1997 - 00:00:00 CET
