Re: GPF Forms 4.5 calling procedure "new_form"

I was getting sporadic GPF's in TK21WIN.DLL while using the 1.2 version of Dev2k under Win95. When we migrated to the 16 bit version of v1.3.2, the problem appears to have gone away. The TK21WIN.DLL file is renamed to TK23WIN.DLL in v1.3.2.
