Hi there,
[Quoted] We were getting the same problem on Win 3.1 forms 4.5 16 bit. When contacted Oracle, they said there is a bug when CALL_FORM or NEW_FORMS is issued in forms 4.5. However this occurs occassionally. According to Oracle, it should be fixed in forms 5.0
