Reports 2.5 Help needed

I am having some difficulty with a master-detail report being developed through Developer 2000 Reports 2.5
When I have multiple details for one master, I am currently getting a separate report line for each detail. I should see the master only once with all of the detail records grouped together.
I am thinking that the problem may be with the repeating frames and groups but I'm not sure.
