The usual path for such problems is to enable sqlnet tracing on level 16.
How to do this is explained in the documentation,which no one, including you, reads, and in numerous posts of myself, which also no one reads.
Posts like this one make me consider disappearing of this group completely. The pest of wanna-be DBAs not reading Oracle documentation, not even trying to troubleshoot a problem themselves will never end.
