You may have to change things as part of the instructions. You might be able to fix this with what Terry Dykstra suggested, but I would wonder what other things you didn't do. My advice would be to start over and be real careful about following the patch instructions and the upgrade manual (unless you've been careful and are quite sure you only missed putting it in upgrade mode, and other things that need to modified were already big enough. My own experience on other platforms tells me there are other things that can go wrong even if you do follow the instructions, so I'm a bit more paranoid). Also check metalink for the things that are known to be wrong.
