Do you know one? Just one?

A prejudice is only a prejudice if it is incorrect.

I know some of the hottest Java developers on the planet. Not one of them could run an explain plan. Sure they can run SELECT * FROM t, cache the result set in memory, and efficiently parse it there, but that is woefully inefficient and doesn't work very well with TB.
