Even if there were they are easily outnumbered by developers, as likely the ratio of incompetent developers is at least 80 percent. Remember, a developer usually leaves his garbage on the doorstep, and moves to a subsequent customer to develop another piece of garbage. However, the dba staying behind suffers daily from developer incompetency.
